Don't forget your jihad permission slip!

Hamasrally_6In a move reminiscent of grammar-school field-trip permission slips, Hamas figured out a great way to "crack down" on Gaza violence: regulate it! From AP:

"The new Hamas-led Palestinian government is quietly working to end a surge in violence, urging rival militant groups in the Gaza Strip to refrain from launching rockets at Israel without official permission.

I'm sure that this whole problem could be resolved with some sensible restrictions on the use and possession of rockets. Maybe we could start with a permit system where the jihadists have to pass a course on Rocket Safety. The law should definitely not permit the concealed carry of rockets either. If only the Hamas Rocket Assocation (HRA) didn't elect so many pro-Rocket legislators....

How much is a permit.
